If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase — whether it’s due to taste, freshness, or any defect — we will gladly replace the product or refund your money.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
To help us process your request quickly:

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order (for online purchases) or within 3 days of purchase (for in-store purchases).

Provide your proof of purchase (receipt or online order number).

If applicable, please send a photo of the product and a short description of the issue — this helps us maintain our quality standards.
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

4. Exclusions
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless there is a clear quality issue (for example: spoilage, off taste, or incorrect item received).
We also cannot offer refunds on items damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
