Shipping & Delivery Policy — Nuts for Biltong

At Nuts for Biltong, we aim to get your favourite biltong and snacks to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Delivery Timeframes

We deliver across South Africa within 2–3 working days from the date your order is confirmed and payment has been received.

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be processed the following business day.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or in remote areas, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

2. In-Store Collection (Click & Collect)

Prefer to pick up your order yourself?
You can select “In-Store Collection” at checkout and collect your order directly from our store at:

We’ll notify you via email once your order is ready for collection — usually within 1 working day.

3. Shipping Fees

  • A flat delivery fee may apply depending on your location and order size.

  • The final delivery cost will be shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

  • Orders eligible for free delivery (if applicable) will be clearly indicated during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking details (where available) so you can follow your delivery progress.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, certain factors — such as courier delays, extreme weather, or stock shortages — may occasionally cause slight delays.
In such cases, we’ll notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
